The Minnesota Twins have added three executives to the team’s baseball department.

Jeremy Zoll, 27, was named director of minor league operations. Daniel Adler, 31, will be director of baseball operations.

He also aided the research and development department. He was senior manager

of player development in 2015 with the Dodgers and, previously, worked with the Los Angeles Angels as coordinator of advanced scouting in 2014.

Adler started his career in baseball with Major League Baseball, where he was an intern in the labor relations department during the summers of 2009 and 2011. He assisted the league’s counsel with collective bargaining, handled player injury grievances and researched the amateur draft, arbitration and free agent draft compensation systems.

He then joined the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on the firm’s internal analytics capabilities and designed the structure of new platforms. In 2012, he joined the Jacksonville Jaguars, where he established the team’s Football Research and Development department, the first of its kind in the NFL.

Additionally, the team announced two internal moves. Brad Steil, 41, becomes director of professional scouting. He will oversee the professional scouting staff to establish philosophies and represent the pro scouting department in all conversations related to player personnel matters. He’s been with the team for 17 years, most recently as director of minor league operations.

Ezra Wise, 27, has been named baseball operations assistant. He’ll assist in all areas of operations. He’s finished internships with three different Major League teams.
